We provide services for all your Laundry and cleaning needs. This includes garment washing, pressing & stain removal, domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, fumigation and mobile car wash.
We are deeply sorry, for now our jurisdiction lies only between Uyo and its environs. We will let you know by a formal announcement as soon as we are coming into your state.

Yes, you can bring your dirty clothes to our Facility at Osongoma Estate to be processed. In fact, you’d get a ₦300 discount when you bring bulk clothes directly to our office.
Yes we do. We pay you 10% of our service charge whenever you refer us for a commercial cleaning contract.

Our laundry experts will be choosing one of our 50+ programs, which are suitable for different types of fabrics. Our textile cleaning experts are are trained to carefully read each item’s care instructions and decide on the cleaning program. But if you want to tell us about an expensive garment or a special item, you can add your special requests on the app and the team will take your remark into account.
Yes we can, all clothes avoid high temperature and dryer and go through our unique Air Dry process. Like at any other laundry in Uyo, your items are air dried when they are sent to Xwash. There’s a reason why our mothers air dry all our clothes. Put simply, they last longer than when put through machine dryers.
We cannot process fur, curtains and any articles containing harzardous materials or have been soiled in blood. Our team will inform you as soon as possible of any item that cannot be cleaned and we will return it hung or folded, but uncleaned. If Xwash receives and can process any of these items, they will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and standard turnaround times do not apply.
It depends on the type of service. When you order the wash & fold service, your clothes will not be mixed with anyone else’s. When you order Clean & Press, your items will be matched with others that require the same cleaning program. Rest assured, our steam pressing kills 99.9% of all germs and viruses.

If our team identifies certain materials that we cannot process, we will send you a notification and return the item to you unprocessed.
For dry cleaning items, our specialist dry cleaners use the highest quality equipment and industry-leading stain removal products. We cannot promise all stains will be removed, but we do promise we will do our best. Let us know in the app or tell our driver which items have stains you would like us to pay attention to.

The cost of Domestic cleaning is usually between ₦10,000 – ₦75,000. But our commercial cleaning service is not fixed. We’d usually have to come inspect the space, then come up with a quotation that will include the entire service costs.

Once the order is complete, you’d get a confirmation email and we will then be with you shortly.
Our commercial cleaning service is strictly run on a first come, first serve basis. We make sure to arrive at your location as soon as it gets your turn. If you need an urgent service, endeavor to book early, or contact us for special supports.
The time it takes to completely clean your space is solely dependent on the size of your space and the intensity of the dirt that needs cleaning. But on average, it is usually between 6 – 72 hours

The average cost of our pest control treatment will generally fall between ₦10,000 to ₦45,000. Pricing for pest control services can fluctuate depending on several factors like treatment type, space size and frequency of service. That said, Xwash prices competitively to provide the best value possible.
Residential pest control is well worth the investment when accounting for the effectiveness and efficiency of professional treatment. Xwash pest control technicians have years of experience combatting all pest types so we know what it takes and where to look which can save you time and headache.
Xwash uses green eco-friendly pesticides that are effective against bugs but safe for humans and pets so there is rarely any down time needed after spraying. Most interior services recommend that you are out of a home for 4-6 hours after treatment.
We recommend regular pest control treatments on a quarterly or bi-monthly basis to prevent pests. For more serious infestations, monthly treatments are recommended until the problem is resolved.
Bugs become move visible following treatments as they search for untreated areas to move to. This causes them to be more exposed and sometimes die out in the open as the treatment takes effect.
We offer 2 types of interior treatments.
1) Limited- a limited treatment, is isolated to the area of concern, for specific pests, that may require some preparation on your part, such as clearing out cabinets, pantry, or other areas of concern. These treatments may not require you to leave the home, however it is always recommended.
2) Complete- a complete treatment involves treating all baseboards of the home, as well as any other areas of concern. This sort of application would require leaving the home for 2-3 hours to allow the material to dry before re-entering the home.
Both of these treatments are generally done with a synthetic material, rather than organic, as the organic material is highly aromatic and can be overwhelming when applied inside. If this causes a concern, we can utilize baits, glue boards and other passive forms of treatment, however these methods do take longer to remedy the pests.
- Physical methods of pest control involve trapping and exclusion which do not introduce chemical applications.
- Chemical methods include pesticides and foliage sprays. These are toxic to pests and require a license to properly mix for safe use.
- Preventative methods include actions that remove anything that might attract insects in the first place.
The best way to prevent rodents is to remove unnecessary sources of food, water, and shelter. Exclusion methods that seal entry paths in addition to trapping rodents are also effective in rodent management.
We have a minimum charge of ₦75
Xwash servers do not store your credit/debit card details. Payments are processed using checkout. All information is encrypted using SSL as per the industry standard.
For Laundry and domestic cleaning; after your items has been added to the wash cart via the app, it’s sum will be automatically calculated. But for commercial cleaning and fumigation, an itemized receipt will be sent to your e-mail once inspection has been carried out.
When placing an order via the app you can request to either be charged through card payments, bank transfers or cash payment. But in our office, you can pay with our POS terminal, Bank transfers or Cash payment.
We will need 5-7 days to internally investigate how this happened, and if we are unable to identify where the item went missing we will reimburse you as per our T&C’s
We will need 5-7 days to internally investigate how the item got damaged. For most damages we have rectification methods but in case we are unable to rectify the issue and we are at fault, then we will reimburse you as per our T&C’s.
We are liable for damages when the damage happens due to the fault of Xwash, whether a human error or a process error. The amount can be transferred to your Xwash wallet as credit or your bank account.
Xwash is liable up to 20x the cost of cleaning for any damages or missing items. This is double the standard set by the DED (Dubai Economic Department)
